1. Returns & Exchanges

• Returns or exchanges are accepted only for damaged, defective, or incorrect items.
• Items must be returned unused, in original packaging, and include all tags, accessories, and receipts.
• Change-of-mind returns are not accepted, except for faulty products.

2. Refunds

• Refunds are issued only after the returned product is inspected and confirmed to meet our return policy conditions.

3. Defective or Damaged Items

• If your order arrives damaged or defective, please report it within 24 hours of delivery.
• Provide photos of the product and packaging as proof to process your return quickly.
• Heyzhed Wears will cover return shipping costs for defective or damaged items.

4. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Used or worn clothing, slippers, or accessories
• Opened personal care or home products
• Items damaged due to misuse or negligence

2. Provide your order number, product name, and reason for return/exchange.
3. Await instructions for return shipping.
4. Ship the item back in its original packaging.
5. Once inspected, we will process your exchange or refund.

6. Shipping & Delivery During Returns

• For defective or damaged items, Heyzhed Wears will provide return shipping instructions and may arrange pickup.
• For other returns, customers may be responsible for return shipping costs.
• Re-delivery or replacement shipping fees will be communicated before dispatch.
